Information we collect

Sources and purposes

We receive information directly from you, from your device or browser, and from service providers that support authentication and billing. We use it to create and save your plan, provide account and billing features, secure and troubleshoot the service, answer support requests, measure the signup funnel, meet legal obligations, and improve TrussPath Fit.

Consumer health data

TrussPath Fit may collect or infer consumer health data from details you voluntarily provide, including fitness goals and activity, nutrition, symptoms, health limitations, prescription reminders, and recovery notes. We collect and use this information only to provide the planning, safety-screening, tracking, and synchronization features you request. Before TrussPath Fit loads or stores this information, we ask for separate affirmative consent.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data for advertising. We disclose it only to processors needed to operate the service, to comply with law, or when you direct us. You may withdraw consent and request access, correction, or deletion through the support request form. Withdrawing consent may require deletion or deactivation of health-data features.

Service providers and disclosures

TrussPath Fit uses service providers for hosting and application delivery, database storage, secure sign-in (Clerk), and payment processing (Stripe). Those providers process information for the operational purposes described here and under their agreements with us. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain account and wellness information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal duties, and enforce agreements. Support and rights-request records may be retained to document our response. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, account separation, and restricted owner reporting, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can edit many entries inside TrussPath Fit, cancel a membership through Manage Billing, and request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a denied privacy request through TrussPath Fit Support. We may verify your identity before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where allowed by law. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
