These terms govern your use of TrussPath Fit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Wellness service—not medical care

TrussPath Fit provides general fitness, nutrition, routine-planning, and self-tracking tools. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; provide emergency services; prescribe treatment; or replace a physician, registered dietitian, pharmacist, or other qualified professional. Do not disregard professional advice because of TrussPath Fit content. Stop activity and seek appropriate care for severe, unusual, or worsening symptoms. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your information and consent

You choose what to enter and represent that you have the right to provide it. Our Privacy & Consumer Health Data Policy explains how information is handled. You must provide separate consent before TrussPath Fit processes consumer health information.

Memberships and trials

TrussPath Fit offers a 14-day trial with a payment method required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected membership automatically renews at the displayed price: Founding Member monthly at $4.99 for eligible first-100 members, Standard Monthly at $7.99, or Annual at $59.99. Taxes may apply. Founding pricing remains available only while that membership stays continuously active, except where we expressly state otherwise. Prices and plan details shown at checkout control your purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel anytime through Manage Billing in the app. Cancellation stops future renewal and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details and legally required exceptions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse TrussPath Fit; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious code; scrape or resell the service; impersonate others; interfere with security; use the service to harm anyone; or use it in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, fraud, or nonpayment.

Service changes and availability

Features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Integrations and third-party services may have separate terms. We may discontinue features or the service with notice when reasonably practicable.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrussPath Fit is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. Trusspath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Questions may be submitted through TrussPath Fit Support.
